Every two weeks, we gather for 90 minutes of live coaching, tailored to the group’s needs at that moment. Each call is an opportunity to bring your current challenges and dreams to the table. Plus, you’ll get access to recordings, so you can return to the insights at any time, keeping pace with what feels right for you.
💬 Stay Connected with Weekly Check-Ins and Community Support
In addition to our bi-weekly calls, we will also have weekly check-ins and ongoing support through our WhatsApp community. This means you’ll have a space to share wins, ask questions, and stay connected with your business amigas.

Jenavi Kasper
Hi, I’m Jenavi Kasper, founder of La Jefa Status and creator of the Profitable Latina Method, a simple framework that helps Latina entrepreneurs build profitable, sustainable businesses without losing themselves in the process. Before starting my own business, I spent 15 years as an award-winning marketing director and senior vice president in banking, working directly with business owners to help them grow. I’ve even been hired by Arizona State University to write their Startup School curriculum to make business education more accessible.
This isn’t my first rodeo—La Jefa Status is actually my second business. In my first venture, I invented an innovative product to relieve nighttime congestion in infants, winning 1st place in a pitch competition for it. I know firsthand the highs and lows of building a business from scratch, which is why I’m so passionate about helping others do it too.
With almost 200 hours of 1:1 coaching, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs across industries, including medspa owners, hair stylists, paralegals, jewelry makers, taquerias, personal finance experts, woodworkers, social media managers, and even cookbook writers and chefs. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities business owners face, and I pride myself on tailoring strategies to fit your goals and vision.
I’m also a mom, so I get what it’s like to juggle everything—building a business that pays the bills while still having time to enjoy your family. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to offer advice and tools that keep things simple, clear, and relevant to your life.
